CK Group are recruiting for an Customer Service Analyst to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a on a contract basis for 3 months Salary: £15.08 - £17.01 PAYE or £20 - £22.56 UMB Customer Service Analyst Role: Ensure users receive swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems. You have experience in using ITSM systems, working within SLA’s. Identify recurring issues and challenges faced by our end users. The role involves manual labour, including unboxing and building computers. Your Background: Previous experience in building and configuring computers. Eagerness to learn and desire to acquire new technical skills. Previous experience in face-to-face customer service, offering both reactive and proactive maintenance support, is desirable.
