Role: Account Manager. Balance strategic account growth mapping with proactive customer success initiative.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing key clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop account plans and strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Manage contract renewal processes in a timely and efficient fashion.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to proactively address customer needs.
• Educated to degree level, ideally in a Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• A driving licence is required.
• An energetic, strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Persuasive and confident, skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
• Passionate about customer success and committed to building lasting relationships.
• A team player, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
