Important:
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with a background in aerospace manufacturing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. TIG Welding: Perform TIG welding operations on aerospace components according to specifications, ensuring adherence to precise tolerances and quality standards.
2. Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, degreasing, and machining surfaces as necessary to ensure proper weld integrity.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards for strength, integrity, and aesthetic appearance.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding parameters, material certifications, and inspection reports to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, to maintain a safe working environment.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot issues, optimize welding processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a TIG Welder in the aerospace industry preferred; however, experience within a high tolerance environment (including Automotive and Manufacturing) will also be considered.
* Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
* Familiarity with welding codes and standards.
* Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment, including TIG welding machines and associated tools.
* Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to produce high-quality welds on complex components.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Prior experience with aerospace welding procedures and certifications preferred.
