We are seeking an accomplished and driven Sales Manager with expertise in automation and intralogistics to spearhead business growth across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Sales and Business Growth
* Take ownership of achieving Order Intake and Net Sales targets, driving revenue growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
* Lead the sales process for technical and commercial project sales, from initial concept development through to contract negotiation and closing.
* Focus on securing high-value contracts within the logistics and intralogistics sectors across KSA and UAE.
Business Development
* Strengthen the company’s position as a leading provider of automation and intralogistics solutions within the Middle East logistics industry.
* Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with the Central Europe marketing team.
* Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and establishing strong business relationships.
Market Insights and Strategy
* Monitor industry developments and gather client feedback to identify market needs and emerging opportunities.
* Provide input into the company’s product and solution development plans based on regional market trends.
* Ensure market intelligence is integrated into broader business development initiatives.
Internal Reporting and Collaboration
* Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates for senior management in Central Europe.
* Oversee internal project sales processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the Middle East and Europe, including Sales, Design, Project Realisation, Customer Service, and Legal departments.
Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or Logistics.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Logistics and Supply Chain sector.
* Proven track record of at least 3 years in project-based sales, with a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and project lifecycles.
* Industry experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Packaging, or Intralogistics is highly advantageous.
* Fluency in Arabic is essential; additional languages are a plus.
