Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher Follow the lesson plans provided and ensure that learning objectives are met Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Manage student behaviour effectively Assess student progress and provide feedback Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Previous experience working as a teacher in a school setting is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum Effective classroom management skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Good organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience working as a supply teacher Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the designated area Full-time hours with flexibility in scheduling Collaborative work environment with support from school staff All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
