Business Development Manager Service, Maintenance and Repair
Hampshire Generators and HG Projects are a specialist standby power engineering company based in Hampshire. We cover a wide range of products from large standby generator projects to supplying portable power stations.
To support the growth of our service engineer team, we are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in sales, business development, and customer relationships.
This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong partnerships with clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Work closely with the service engineer team to understand client needs and provide solutions.
* Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.
