Pay Rate: £21 per hour
Duration: 6 Weeks
Are you a skilled Slinger Signaller with a valid Traffic Marshall Ticket? We have an exciting 6-week project in the Leamington Spa area with great pay! If you hold a CPCS or NORS qualification, this is your chance to join a reputable team and make an impact on-site!
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Directing crane operations to safely lift and move materials
✅ Working closely with crane operators to ensure safe and precise load handling
✅ Managing traffic flow on-site to keep workers and machinery safe
✅ Coordinating with site managers and workers to maintain smooth operations
✅ Adhering to strict health and safety standards
What we’re looking for:
Valid CPCS or NORS qualification – Essential
Traffic Marshall ticket is a must
Previous on-site experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills and strong safety awareness
Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
