Key Responsibilities of the PE Teacher: Deliver high-quality, engaging PE lessons to students at various levels. Develop and implement creative and effective teaching materials for PE students. Promote the importance of physical activity, fitness, and healthy lifestyles. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and encouragement. Organise and participate in extracurricular sporting activities and competitions. Contribute to the planning and development of the school's PE curriculum. Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students. Work closely with colleagues to deliver cross-curricular opportunities related to physical education. Ensure that all students are motivated, engaged, and participating in PE lessons and activities. Key Skills and Qualifications: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Physical Education and sports coaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for physical activity and a commitment to student success. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
