We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a customer-driven administrator to join our People team on a 6-month secondment basis, with scope to become permanent. Our team leverages a variety of people systems to keep our workforce running smoothly, from time and attendance tracking to our friendly digital assistant, Oli.
As part of the People Systems Admin team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our employees, answering any questions they have about our systems. In true customer service style, you’ll take ownership of each query, ensuring our employees are supported every step of the way. Your main focus will be to provide seamless support for any customer query that comes your way—whether it’s creating a new Knowledge Article on a topic impacting our colleagues, helping improve our Digital Assistant, or getting a colleague the access they need to our systems.
This is an exciting role for someone with a strong background in customer support, whether that’s from hospitality, customer service, or administration, with experience in problem-resolution. While we can teach you all the system skills you'll need for this role, to truly thrive, you'll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, find satisfaction in helping others and be a natural self-starter.
You should be someone who is proactive in addressing customer needs, and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact with an inquisitive nature and a keen interest in learning.
What will my day look like?
* Answering employee queries via a range of systems.
* Pulling together and reviewing existing information and knowledge from various sources across our people systems.
* Selecting and translating material into our system guidelines, maintaining accuracy and adhering to tone-of-voice guidelines.
* Creating new content from newly submitted knowledge or information using various mediums.
* Working with stakeholders to seek approvals for knowledge/information and escalate issues as necessary.
