An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading People Services organisation in the Black Country, Midlands. This is a key strategic role, responsible for driving financial performance, providing insightful analysis, and influencing commercial decision-making to support the organisation’s long-term success. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial sustainability, optimise resources, and support business growth.
The Role
Act as a trusted advisor to operational and senior leadership teams, providing strategic financial insights and challenge where needed. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions and resource allocation. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards. Produce clear and insightful financial reports to aid decision-making, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support commercial negotiations, business cases, and strategic projects. Ensure financial governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities

Qualifications - Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a people-focused or service-led organisation.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
* Experience of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach, with a focus on driving improvements and efficiencies.
