Licensing Coordinator - Administration - Nottingham (Hybrid), United Kingdom
Job Description
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Licensing Coordinator to organise, assist and support all aspects of the Licensing team!
Our global Licensing department sources and works with some of the best-in-class developers and publishers making world-renowned video games – such as Space Marine 2, Darktide, and Total War: Warhammer, as well as a discrete selection of high-quality consumer products.
In this busy and varied role, you will be working across our Licensing and Brand Assurance teams to maximise licensing opportunities for Games Workshop’s core tabletop miniatures hobby and the wider Warhammer brand.
Highly organised and with an eye for fine details, you will be a serial task completer and will ensure everything is where it should be. You will have knowledge of what makes a great licensed product and will understand what the Warhammer audience wants from high-quality fan merchandise and video games.
Thriving by working collaboratively across multiple teams, this role will see you working closely with our Licensing and Brand Assurance teams to approve marketing submissions while ensuring our brand, IP, and quality standards are met. We will look to you to assist in the delivery of licensed promotions and cross-marketing opportunities such as licensee events to maximise sales and promote the Warhammer brand.
Proactive and with great instincts for what needs to be done, you will constantly be looking for new opportunities to maximise impact and growth. Dedicated and with a deep passion for the Warhammer brand, you will research and analyse new areas of commercial interest.
WORKING AT GAMES WORKSHOP
At Games Workshop, we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. We believe that your attitude and behaviour are even more important than your skills and experience.
The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), a matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, a profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets), and the option to join our Share Save scheme. Additionally, you will enjoy a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
