Job role: Creative Arts Teaching Assistant Location: Swansea The School and Role We are looking for an experienced and caring general Creative Arts Teaching Assistant to support a Primary school children. At the school, they pride themselves on providing an inspiring and inclusive environment where creativity flourishes. As a Creative Arts Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in nurturing the artistic talents of our students and contributing to their personal and academic growth. The candidate may also provide one-on-one or small group support for students who may need additional assistance with assignments or activities. Working pattern for Teaching Assistants are Monday – Friday 8:30-3:30 Term Time only on a supply basis. Requirements The schools strive to create a balanced, sensory and learning approach that I appropriately challenging and rewarding. Deliver adaptive and high-quality sessions. Knowledge or willingness to learn about the sensory needs or Special Educational awareness, triggers and strategies to support. Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas to support primary children. Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
