- My client, an Historic 5* Country House Boutique Hotel based on a 4 Acre Country Estate close to the Busy Cotswold Market Town of Stroud, is looking for a Talented Food & Beverage Manager to join the senior management team. Reporting directly to the Owners, there is great scope for this position to develop into a GM role in the future.
- As Food & Beverage Manager at one of the Cotswolds most recognisable Boutique Hotels which regularly attracts Famous Celebrities, Politicians and Business Leaders, its not a stretch to say this is a once-in-career type of opportunity!
- Youll work closely with some IncrediblyTalented Hospitality Professionals to ensure that the properties Award-Winning 2 AA Rosette Restaurant maintains itsoutstandingreputation as one of the Premier Destination Dining Venues in the Cotswolds!
- We're looking for ahands-on F&B Manager who will embrace acting as one of theMain Figureheads of this exclusive Restaurant, getting to know the guests, chatting to the regulars and helping to create a Truly Memorable Dining experience!
- Youll be responsible for helping to implement relevant systems and processes which will help ensure consistent staff performance, as well as identifying areas that need attending to and actioning those improvements.
