Role and Responsibilities: Working as part of a multi-disciplined team of 4 the post holder will be involved in a wide range of reactive maintenance across the site and its facilities. Typical faults include work on conveyors, gearboxes, cranes, lifting equipment Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across the site, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime. Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance. Conduct plant and equipment modifications as needed. Ensure accurate documentation, including logs, job reports, and risk assessments. Support colleagues and contractors through training and collaboration. Prioritise breakdown repairs and liaise with operations to minimise disruptions. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Actively contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuous flow of operations. What We're Looking For: Must have undertaken a Time-served Electrical apprenticeship. Must have 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification. Experience troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, and electrical control systems using ladder logic and schematic drawings. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication (written and verbal) Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-moving operational environment.
