Job summary This is a key post within the Executive Directorate, providing full business/project management support across the function and leading and directing the provision of a highly complex range of general management duties. The post holder will support the Chief of Staff with the smooth running of corporate business and will engage with staff and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Therefore, the post holder will be required to communicate, negotiate and influence to ensure that high priority business objectives are achieved. To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of implementing change, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and providing business and governance management services within complex organisations. Main duties of the job Working to the Chief of Staff providing a blended range of project management, transformation and general management services across key CTM priorities and objectives. The post holder will be expected to be highly organised and flexible to suit business needs, managing strategic long-term pieces of work as well as reacting to urgent requests and deadlines. There will be an expectation to lead change initiatives and manage governance processes independently, as well as providing direct support to senior colleagues across strategic areas of business.
