We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insights and Analytics Manager to join our global center of excellence for e-commerce and site experience. In this role, you will anchor our analytics efforts in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, driving data-driven insights that empower marketing managers and site experience leaders across various business units and divisions. You will be responsible for standardizing data collection and reporting practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy in how we measure and analyze user behavior on our websites. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to set up and implement when necessary, as well as to create dashboards and reports that support critical business decisions. Additionally, a critical aspect of this role is to establish and maintain governance on the tools, setup, and reporting to ensure integrity and consistency across all analytics efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Data Governance, Strategy and Implementation:
2. Develop and implement a standardized approach to data collection, including naming conventions for events, setup and structure of the data layer and oversights of implementation.
3. Guide the technical setup and QA of analytics systems to ensure accurate data collection.
4. Reporting and Insights:
5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to marketing managers and site experience leaders.
6. Standardize reporting practices to ensure consistency across various business units and divisions.
7. Governance:
8. Establish and maintain governance policies for the tools, setup, and reporting to ensure data integrity and consistency.
9. Regularly audit and update analytics configurations to adhere to governance standards and best practices.
10. Collaboration and Leadership:
11. Interface with marketing managers and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure analytics solutions meet those needs.
12. Manage and mentor a team of insight and analytics strategists and technical resources.
13. Technical Expertise:
14. Serve as the in-house expert on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
15. Provide guidance on the technical setup of analytics on websites, ensuring data is collected accurately and efficiently.

17. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
18. Develop and present regular reports and findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
19. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
SKILLS

21. Deep understanding of data layers, event naming conventions, and data collection best practices.
