Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and administration of business operations and projects.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operations and reporting.
Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed.
Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Assist in developing and implementing new administrative systems and procedures.
Compile and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
