We don't need you to have previous experience in the role, however, we would like you to have a real passion for care and the desire to enhance the the experiences of service users that you encounter. We also need you to be flexible in approach to the role and adaptable to any situation that you might encounter. To help you fulfill the role you will have access to a fully funded company car with fuel and insurance paid for, ensuring that you can concentrate on delivering the very best possible support and service. Support service users with medication where required. Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs. Carry out light house duties. Assist service users with finances as per company policy. Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required. Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing. Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community. At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner. Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly. Report a service users progress on the correct platforms. Please note, you may be required to work in different areas to provide support or to carry out other reasonable duties as necessary.
