Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator hourly
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while efficiently handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Our business operates within the real estate sector, managing a portfolio of over 150 properties. We require a professional to handle incoming calls from both tenants and landlords, log and assign maintenance issues, and oversee the creation and successful completion of maintenance tasks. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all property certifications and ensuring that renewal processes are initiated and completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Process maintenance issues, schedule works and keep clients up to date.
* Administrative Support:
* Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging maintenance, and managing calendars.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
* Coordination & Communication:
* Act as a liaison between customers, management and maintenance team
* Support the team by managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
* Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, or other special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
