Job Title: Programme Delivery Manager (Insurance Domain)

Capgemini is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager who is accountable for all delivery execution on an Account (or a group of accounts where applicable), meeting all timelines, budgets and quality commitments. They will manage and develop their Engagement managers and Project Managers. They will monitor the financial performance of their Account(s) and provide input to the cost and margin components of the Account’s forecast.
Your Role:
* The Delivery manager is responsible for allocating resources in partnership with practices
* Accountable for economic model at account – ADRC, PROR, Leverage
* Meet Delivery, SLA and Customer commitments in partnership with practice
* Maintain relationship with key customer contacts as advisor on delivery topics
* Reviews and oversight of all delivery engagements in the account
* Performance and KPI management of account delivery team members
* Complete project and annual feedback and YE appraisals of the delivery team
* Partner with AE on Account P&L, planning and forecasting
* Support AE in shaping and closing deals in the account, review all deals for Account and MU objectives
* Drive OTACE and CSS ratings and create plans for improvements where needed
* Implement competitiveness strategies in the Account
* Drive compliance to Time Booking, KPI Reports and Rapid Starts
* Establish customer connect and be the delivery advisor to them
* Groom EMs and DMs
Your Profile:
* Proven experience of working in a similar delivery leadership role
* In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, ideally with London Markers experience
* An ability to clarify client challenges and identify relevant market and technology trends
* An ability to swiftly develop and sustain a strong rapport with clients and with delivery teams
* An ability to define business and technology solutions which can delivery real benefits to our clients which can be delivered in an agile and iterative way
* An understanding of the commercial, legal and operational aspects of insurance solutions
* An understanding of formal delivery methodologies and architecture tools and ability to bridge the gap between these and easy to understand business solution
* An ability to understand and identify the application of new technologies to business opportunities
* An ability to help close or lead new pieces of business
* Either experience of supporting business solution definition from within a consultancy or leading change across a business from within an internal business or IT function
* Experience in agile delivery
* Experience in driving innovation into business operations and customer experience
