Self-employed labourer with general building skills required for a residential restoration project in a rewarding environment.
Hours of work are flexible and by agreement but you will normally be on site for at least 21 hours per week. The position will be initially for 6 months, but this may be extended for the right person and hours extended to full time.

3. Some training or experience in building/construction or be undergoing training
This role would suit someone either stepping down from full-time work or someone wanting to build up their own business.
You will agree the tasks you are able to undertake with the householder and the costs/timescales to complete these on an ongoing basis. Tasks will be varied including stripping out, digging, mixing, clearing up, as well as helping with other skilled construction activities such as rendering, roofing, and decorating.
Payment rates will be agreed depending on skills and relevant experience. You will be paid in full (gross) on receipt of your invoice. You will invoice the householder as a self-employed contractor (weekly or monthly) for work completed and be responsible for payment of tax, NI, pension contributions, and any other deductions, and must have relevant insurances in place.
The site is in North Bristol. You must have the right to work in the UK.
