The purpose of the Billing Team Leader is to be the first line of escalation for clients and colleagues, ensuring that accurate sales ledger invoices for services provided are raised promptly and meet customer requirements, meeting deadlines as appropriate, resolving any direct queries and communicating with relevant parties on updates and resolutions.
* Experience within sales ledger and invoice processing is required.
* Experience in managing/supporting a team is required.
* Previous CIS experience would be an advantage.
