The role What you’ll do… As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will provide tenant focused support, playing a key role in resident liaison and engagement to assist Trivallis in the delivery of planned maintenance and retrofit programmes, damp mould and condensation works and supporting the business to meet its health and safety obligations as a landlord. You will be the primary point of face-to-face contact, maintaining a high profile and listening carefully to tenants to understand their needs and concerns to help ensure that planned programmes and landlord activities are completed in all Trivallis’ homes, helping to achieve our vision of prosperous people and places. About you We’re looking for someone who has experience of working with people face to face in their homes and communities, with the ability to build rapport and influence our tenants and key partners. You’ll be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of organisations and people and be able to show commitment to a customer focused service that achieves business objectives. This means you’ll need to be resilient and deal with conflict and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. You’ll also be IT Literate with good knowledge of MS Office 365 packages including Word and Excel and able to learn new systems quickly. You’ll also use your own initiative to analyse and solve problems with minimal supervision. Please note a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. Why join Trivallis?
