This is a great time to join The Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust as the Lead Nurse for Per-Operative Assessment. Main duties of the job
This post is focused on the safe delivery of evidence-based pre-operative care for our patients undergoing planned elective surgery. The post holder will play a key part in shaping the service for the future, implementing a digital pre-operative assessment tool, working collaboratively across the APC, and ensuring the smooth running of the pre-assessment department.

Person Specification
Criteria
* Evidence of a programme of study in pre-assessment
* Qualification in leadership and management or willingness to undertake
* Evidence of continual professional development
* Significant post-registration experience and experience as a senior nurse in a pre-assessment setting
* Post-graduation qualification or equivalent
Disclosure and Barring Service Check

Salary and Contract
£51,883 to £58,544 per annum (including HCAS). Permanent, full-time.
