* Make key decisions within the malpractice process to identify cheating at candidate or centre level, whilst working within specified guidance.
* Monitor the Cambridge English centre network globally, using established data to determine poorly performing centres, identifying and communicating to centres any improvements required and making decisions about centre status.
* Respond to emerging issues to identify root causes, potential solutions, and take actions accordingly.
* Support Cambridge English projects and product development as a compliance expert.
* Supervise the work of others on occasion, but not manage anyone directly.
