The Libraries, Museums and Archives Service is committed to delivering a quality cultural visitor experience across all of our sites. The Service Development Officer plays a vital role, ensuring the service delivers an exceptional visitor experience. This role is essential for driving performance of the team of Network assistants across the branches enabling the service to meet its engagement goals. About You With a demonstrable knowledge and experience of visitor experience and excellent all-round communication skills, you ll support and develop a team of staff, setting priorities to ensure our visitors are central to how we deliver our service. You ll also need the desire and ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners to further develop the service we offer to the community.
