Position: Account Executive (Sales)
Salary: Basic up to £23k + commission (OTE up to approx. £45k, then uncapped earnings after reaching that target)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid based, 2 WFH, 3 in office. No flexibility on that
Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w

Key Responsibilities:
* Membership Promotion: Actively promote and sell memberships, communicating their value and benefits.
* Sales: Drive sales of courses, events, and qualification packages by providing comprehensive information.
* Member Engagement: Engage with existing members to reinforce membership benefits and foster loyalty.
* Income Maximization: Develop strategies to maximize commercial income and explore new revenue opportunities.
* Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our offerings.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential members, and stakeholders.
* Prospecting: Reach out to existing members to secure event attendance and conduct targeted campaign calls.
* Promotion of Opportunities: Utilize every interaction to promote membership benefits, training courses, events, and initiatives.
Candidate Specification:
* Experience in telesales / outbound sales role (minimum 2 years).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* GCSE grade C or above in English, Mathematics, and Science or equivalent.
