Role: Front Of House Manager Location: Darwen Type: Full Time / Permanent Salary: up to £35,000 I’m working with a great new client in Darwen, supporting them with the growth of their newest venture, seeking an experienced, standards driven FOH manager. A great venue offering a strong wet trade in the bar area and a fantastic food offering with high quality fresh produce in a modern dining setting. Ideal Manager Profile: - Experienced FOH manager able to effectively manager and oversee service. - Exceptional leadership skills – you will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver incredible service. - A people person who is driven to deliver exceptional guest experiences. - Highly motivated and driven to succeed. - Ideally generating from a quality restaurant, gastro pub, bar operation with longevity in previous roles. FOH Manager responsibilities: Overall operational management - Oversee daily ops, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling and stock management. Team Leadership & Development - Recruitment, training & development, fostering a culture of excellent service and professionalism. - Conduct regular reviews & evaluations of team performance. Guest Satisfaction: - Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere the reflects the venues standards and style - Address any feedback and resolve and issues promptly and professionally - Ensure all guests receive exceptional service. Quality Control & Compliance: - Ensure all health & Safety, hygiene and food handling standards are continuously met Continuous Improvement: - Lead the team in refining service standards & guest interactions.
