We are looking for 3 friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionists to join our team at Bath Vets If you have a passion for customer service, experience in a reception or administration role, and are keen to make a difference in a busy veterinary environment, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. You will manage appointment bookings, handle queries, and take payments, while also dispensing medication and assisting with general administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be required to handle account queries, chase outstanding debt, and manage payments, as well as complete end-of-day banking and monitor petty cash records. Processing applications for the practice credit facility and supporting the team with any other administrative tasks as required by the Hospital Manager, Practice Manager, or Clinical Directors will also be part of your duties. Working Hours We are looking for three receptionists to join us and can offer full/part time shifts, covering our opening hours between 7:30 am - 7 pm, with a 1:4 inclusion in the weekend rota.
