An exciting job role has recently become available in East London. They are looking for a new member for their Integrated Discharge Team. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on clients’ lives.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will assess clients’ needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and advocate for necessary services. Additionally, you will provide counseling to help clients cope with challenges such as mental health issues or substance abuse, offering emotional support and crisis intervention. You will also advocate for clients’ rights within legal and social systems, educate communities about social issues, and facilitate access to support networks.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Hold a full UK licence.
* Post-qualified experience.
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
