Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR, Compliance and Governance Manager to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation remains compliant with all regulatory, legal and HR standards.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures, maintain accurate records and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in a relevant field such as law, human resources or business administration
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities.
