About The Role
We are looking for a Sales Advisor, specialising in Porsche parts to support all branches within the Region to deliver excellent customer service and achieve set personal and branch KPI contributions. Proactively assist in developing Porsche customer relationships across the UK, supporting the branch network in growing Porsche parts sales. Engage in outbound customer contact to drive increased spend, provide valuable market insights, and share sales ideas with key business stakeholders.
About You
Main Duties and Accountabilities
Sales and Service:
* Offer exemplary customer service through efficient and accurate parts lookup, with a focus on Porsche parts.
* Support the branch network in developing and expanding the Porsche customer base.
* Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential Porsche customers to drive sales growth.
* Build strong relationships with Porsche customers to encourage repeat business and increased spend.
* Provide customer feedback, market trends, and sales opportunities to key stakeholders in the business.
* Ensure full awareness of all product promotions and targets, particularly those related to Porsche parts.
* Source product not in stock as necessary, either from within the group or direct from suppliers.
* Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers throughout transactions.
* Use Phocas daily to understand non-transacting accounts and identify potential Porsche opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Understand your personal KPIs and track improvements monthly.
* Ensure you contribute to both individual and regional performance targets.
* Support team members in achieving their KPIs, particularly in Porsche parts sales.
Contribute to a Positive Team Environment:
* Actively engage in Porsche-related business initiatives and promotions.
* Share customer insights and feedback to enhance the overall Porsche offering.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maximize sales opportunities.
* Escalate any customer or operational challenges that may impact Porsche parts sales or trading relationships.
Development:
* Continuously develop knowledge of Porsche parts and products through study and training.
* Utilize the E-learning portal to improve performance and product expertise.
* Identify areas for improvement and seek development opportunities to enhance Porsche customer engagement.
Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post.

ESSENTIAL

* Confident user of IT and computer systems.
DESIRABLE
* Past track record in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
* Knowledge of car parts and automotive industry.
* Commercial understanding.
* Knowledge of MAM, Allicat, MS Office.
* Porsche Parts experience.
