As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them remain independent in their own home.
You should have a passion for supporting others, pride in delivering outstanding service, and qualities such as reliability, trustworthiness, and respect. Enjoy building professional friendships and being comfortable spending time with others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide live-in care, primarily working independently, while respecting the client's privacy and household rules.
* Enhance the client’s quality of life through companionship and engaging in enjoyable activities — assist with daily routines, manage appointments, and support social outings.
* Record daily activities and report any changes or concerns regarding the client's well-being or environment.
* Seek help when necessary to ensure safety and health.
* Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor and team.
* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and support for dementia or respite care.
Qualifications and Benefits:
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will receive three meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay, and access to TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.
