ROLE: Business Development Manager - Construction
LOCATION: North Kent
SALARY: £60k - £75k DOE

THE JOB
The Business Development Manager is responsible for engaging with clients and driving sales. You will thrive in a target-driven environment, uncovering project opportunities, engaging with new and existing clients, and building long-lasting relationships.
Your duties will include:
1. Establishing, building, and maintaining partnerships with a wide portfolio of existing and potential partners to fulfil business needs through regular contact and account management.
2. Actively seeking new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
3. Identifying and implementing partnership opportunities within the company.
4. Achieving set monthly targets.
5. Obtaining candidates' eligibility documents for funding purposes.
6. Arranging with clients for face-to-face or remote enrolment sessions.
7. Developing a network of relationships with construction companies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction environment.
2. A proven sales background within the construction sector.
3. A passion for exceeding sales targets and set KPIs.
4. Excellent time management skills.
5. Goal-oriented.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. Relationship-building skills.
8. Full UK driving licence with own means of transport.
