SALARY: £24,960 per annum HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri 8am till 4.30pm LOCATION: Albert Road Fleet Administrator Purpose Of The Role To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the workshop and fleet staff. Key Responsibilities To maintain and file a range of accurate fleet records Prepare and run fleet system reports Co-ordinate a range of vehicle Services bookings, ensuring all vehicle paperwork is up to date and compliant including MOT’s Service etc. Processing vehicle part orders and record data on the deliveries To carry out stock check and reconciliation of stock control Managing the fleet reception area, including welcoming visitors Distribution of the incoming and organising the outgoing fleet post Raising purchases orders and checking goods received notices. Administering requests for fleet personnel PPE MOT booking Mobilisation and de-fleet of hire and owned vehicles Procurement of fuel and general office supplies Updating CRM with MOT & service dates Reporting supplier and departmental recharges Ordering of fuel cards/fobs Oversee pool vehicles and allocation Essential Requirements For The Role Effective communication skills Numerate and capable of undertaking accurate financial and other calculations Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met Ability to work independently, using initiative and as part of a team Proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of word processing (Word or equivalent) and spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent) and a willingness to learn new applications and technology as appropriate Our Benefits Full Job Description can be provided upon request.
