Role: Recovery Worker - Crisis & Mental Health
Salary: £23,400 (plus an additional £4,000 for completing 6 sleep-ins per month)
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Full and part time roles available. Flexibility to cover all shifts on a rota basis is essential.
We are actively seeking Crisis Recovery Workers to join an exceptional mental health charity at their crisis recovery service in Lincoln. As a key member of their 24/7 service, you will support adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
Responsibilities:
* Work within a small team to provide therapeutic intervention support.
* Develop and deliver client-led recovery plans to promote control and independence.
* Effectively manage risk of harm to the people you support in the service and others.
* Liaise with external agencies to facilitate access to a variety of activities and resources.
Requirements:
* Understanding of mental health issues.
* Minimum of 6 months experience within a mental health setting (Transferable knowledge and experience from substance misuse, homelessness, police, probation and mental health settings considered)
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins, waking nights, and 24/7 support.
* Excellent communication skills with a flexible, creative, and empathetic approach.
