One of the leading Italian porcelain tile manufacturers is actively searching for a Sales Manager to oversee sales and growth in the Northern UK and Irish markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a strong understanding of prospecting and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Retail and Distribution Implement the company’s commercial strategy. Manage existing relationships with resellers and distributors. Conduct sales and promotional activities with resellers, distributors, etc. Perform market analysis, approach new clients, and develop new business opportunities. Specifications and Promotion Collaborate with clients targeting major projects in the covered areas. Promote the company’s brands within the architectural and design communities. Attend tradeshows, events, etc., to increase brand awareness and sales. Acquire know-how on the Critical Success Factors in the project and contract sectors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous work experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken, is recommended. Location The main place of work is the London office and showroom. The candidate will be required to travel regularly within their designated market. The candidate should also be available to travel to the Italian HQ or other countries when needed.
