Strive to optimise plant performance, utilisation and availability You will be required to enforce a strong health and safety ethic throughout the maintenance team. You will supervise and undertake repairs to equipment including repairs to large mobile and static plant equipment EXPERIENCE - Lead Mechanical Engineer / Maintenance Team Leader You will have experience leading staff and contractors in an engineering environment Successful candidate ideally will have completed a recognised electrical engineering or general engineering apprenticeship or hold an appropriate mechanical engineering level 3 or higher qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ, ONC, HNC, HND or Degree) or in a relevant discipline. Any electrical engineering / maintenance experience is an advantage.
