Responsibilities You will manage all aspects of the Community Health Team to maximise its role in supporting communities to address barriers to wellbeing and the causes and consequences of health inequalities. Develop and co-ordinate partnership working in designated localities to ensure inequalities sensitive practice and local responses to strategic health priorities. Ensure effective planning, reporting and governance for agreed developments and deliverables as reflected in the partnership Memorandum of Understanding. The Individual You will have experience of cross-sectoral partnership working, self-evaluation and improvement planning, of chairing networks/ meetings and knowledge and understanding of local and national CLD/ health-related policy context. You will demonstrable leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities and work to tight deadlines. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft packages including office 365, Teams, Word, Excel. You will have the ability to travel throughout Dundee/across Scotland occasionally, and prepared to work occasional unsocial hours and weekends. Basic Disclosure Scotland check is required.
