Your new role
Manage supplier relationships and evaluation, negotiating for best VFM
Analysing sales and market data to identify trends to develop category strategies
Developing strategies to enhance the customer experience
Analysing key metrics to identify sourcing gaps, develop and implement strategies to improve category performance
Fostering strong relationships with company-wide stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Hands-on Procurement experience within homeware i.e. dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.
Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop category strategies
Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills - the right culture fit is crucial
Proactive, flexible and adaptable, attention to detail, team player mentality (willing to help and mentor team members)
