We are searching for a skilled and confident Interim Project Manager, for an Elite System Implementation to be based in Warwickshire. Overview We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to take ownership of the Elite system implementation project (CRM, Finance, and Sales). The project is behind schedule, and we require a dedicated individual to regain control, coordinate stakeholders, and drive successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Take full ownership of the Elite project delivery, ensuring progress aligns with agreed timelines and objectives. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and resource gaps, providing solutions to address them promptly. Stakeholder Management Liaise with the IT team, finance department, external suppliers, and senior leadership to keep all parties updated on progress. Act as the main point of contact between the Company and the Elite system supplier. Project Planning & Execution Create a detailed project timeline and task list, clearly defining milestones and deliverables. Implement regular reporting, including weekly updates to the senior leadership team. Monitor performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise. Data Oversight Ensure that data preparation, migration, and validation tasks are completed to a high standard. Review the output of current resources involved (e.g., agency data analyst) to ensure productivity and alignment with project goals. Leadership, Training & Rollout Provide strong leadership to project stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines. Develop and deliver training materials to ensure smooth adoption of the Elite system across all relevant teams. Oversee the phased rollout to departments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience managing ERP/CRM/Finance system implementation projects. Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to hit the ground running and take control of a project mid-stream. Experience working with external suppliers and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management and organisational skills. Experience in the leisure industry is a plus but not essential.
