Are you interested in working within teams that provide mental health support for children and young people?
Do you have strong administrative, management, and interpersonal skills that could support our CAMHS teams in the delivery of services for children and young people?
We are looking for someone with this combination of skills and interest to join two of our CAMHS teams (Mental Health Support Teams and Targeted) as our new Business and Performance Support Manager. This role is an important part of our management team, working closely to assist our team managers and our clinicians in the running of the services.
You will work in a hybrid way, meaning a combination of being based at our office in Amersham, and working from home in line with the service’s approach to hybrid working.
The teams are regularly complimented not only for their passion and commitment to supporting young people but also as friendly and enjoyable teams to work in.
We strongly encourage anyone interested in this role to contact our operational lead Joanna Martin for an informal discussion.
Please note this vacancy may close early if sufficient numbers of applications are received.
You will work alongside the Operational Leads for the Mental Health Support Teams and Targeted Team to support the services with various aspects of service delivery and operational matters.
Key areas of this non-clinical work include:
1. Data quality
2. Performance reporting
3. Management of team rotas
4. Administrative tasks relating to recruitment and induction
You will produce performance reports and carry out audits to help determine areas of focus for the teams, and support managers to ensure that we are running services as efficiently, effectively, and safely as we can.
We will want you to be curious about how we are working and proactive at suggesting and implementing improvements to our processes.
Through line management, you will support and work alongside our team of administrators.
We'll need you to have a flexible and adaptable approach to work whilst having good administrative and time management skills.
IT literacy is important, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Experience of using Power BI will be helpful, although training will be provided.
