Industry leading engineering and manufacturing business seeks SHEQ Manager for quality deliverables in Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Sports, Leisure, Defence, and Nuclear sectors.
Based in Wakefield, Hornsea, or Hull with UK wide travel, the successful candidate will develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality policies in line with regulatory requirements.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality policies in line with regulatory requirements.
* Identify hazards and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Develop training programmes to improve Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and Corporate responsibility performance.
* Maintain prestigious RoSPA Gold Award and Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM).
* Ensure compliance and continuous improvement with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 accreditations.
* Conduct safety meetings with relevant stakeholders.
* Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma accredited.
* Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments.
* Experience in maintaining and auditing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
Salary & Benefits:
* £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
* 10-20% Performance related pay.
* 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days with service.
