Kingston College are currently seeking a Team Leader - Business. The Team Leader will join the School’s Management Group and will be responsible for curriculum standards and outcomes for a number of programmes, assuming responsibility for the organisation and co-ordination of delivery teams.
Contributing directly to developing and meeting the School’s Quality Self-assessment and Improvement plans, you will ensure targets for recruitment, retention, achievement, success, progression and student satisfaction are achieved or exceeded. It is anticipated that the Team Leader will assume the role of a designated Safeguarding Officer for the School, ensuring incidents and welfare issues are promptly actioned in line with relevant College Policies and Procedures.
As Team Leader, you will also teach on programmes and act as tutor for student group(s) with responsibility for their academic and pastoral care, co-ordinate schemes of work and assessment schedules and develop and be responsible for high quality course materials including e-learning resources.
As our Team Leader, you will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject, hold a teaching qualification (or willing to work towards) and have excellent teaching skills with experience of successfully leading/managing FE and/or HE programmes.
