As a Financial Services Lead Generator you’ll be reaching out to our existing insurance customers to explore how we can further protect and grow their assets. You will introduce then to our range of financial products, including protection plans, pensions, investments and ISA’s. Your goal is to engage customers and understanding their financial needs before booking an appointment with a Financial Adviser or Non-Advised Sales Consultant. In addition to working with leads, you’ll manage a busy mailbox and incoming calls, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and efficiently. This is a truly varied and rewarding role where you’ll have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of our financial services offerings. You'll not only gain insight into different aspects of financial protection and growth but also hone your communication, sales, and relationship-building skills to support your future career growth with our organisation. This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of “Good Repute”. About YouDriven and enthusiastic, you will leverage your customer service or sales experience to consistently meet targets. Whatever your background, your experience in a customer service setting will be a key asset in this role.
