The Role
As the Dynamics 365BC Solution Architect, you will be the cornerstone of the company’s D365BC application. In this pivotal role, you will have the autonomy and responsibility to shape, manage, and optimise the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, aligning it with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the in-house D365BC expert, taking full ownership of the system.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365BC solutions.
* Provide technical and functional guidance on the D365BC platform.
* Lead system development, configuration, and customization where required.
* Oversee integrations with other enterprise applications and systems.
* Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the D365BC system.
* Contribute to the broader enterprise IT strategy, leveraging your understanding of enterprise applications.
* Support the team with best practices for Dynamics 365BC usage and adoption.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, driving digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC), including technical/development expertise.
* Proven track record of implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise IT solutions.
* Knowledge of enterprise-level applications and integrations.
* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
* Willingness to work on-site in London 3-4 days per week to engage with the team and stakeholders.
Desirable:
* Experience in similar roles within SME environments.
* Demonstrable leadership qualities and a strategic mindset.
