Central Employment are working with a leading IT Solutions provider, as they look to appoint a Business Development Executive, joining their growing Commercial team in Teesside.
You will be responsible for providing a broad range of IT related services, with the aim to identify a new business need for ICT solutions.
Your daily tasks will include:
1. B2B prospecting for the commercial team, selling transactional products and services over the phone.
2. Account management, although predominantly a new business role.
3. Analysing customer needs and providing technical expertise.
4. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
5. Working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions to support business goals.
Job requirements
1. You must have B2B telesales/outreach experience.
2. An interest in IT and Technology, or commercial work experience.
3. Track record in delivering sales results.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
6. Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
7. Ability to manage time, workflow, priorities, and projects.
8. Sales administration.
