This is an exciting opportunity to provide an essential role in CWP and to meet staff who deliver many roles across the Trust. The role requires someone who is enthusiastic about supporting our staff in CWP to perform their roles to the best of their ability in working for a Mental Health Trust.
This primarily involves plenty of experience in delivering therapy to people with a wide variety of referral issues, and the ability to manage and support a team of therapists. The role can also involve providing a response to critical incidents in the Trust and attending key meetings on behalf of the Head of Service.
This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to make clinically informed decisions. You will need to be a good team player and have the ability to work autonomously with your own caseload.
You will oversee referrals coming into the Service and, at times, liaise with Occupational Health staff and managers. This requires a good understanding of the limits to confidentiality and keeping appropriate boundaries.
The role requires you to deliver clinical supervision to the therapists, and experience will be essential. You will also line manage the therapist team and conduct Appraisals as well as other line management responsibilities.
