The Community Connections service is a multi-disciplinary team, working across localities, with and in communities, creating a relationship with citizens so that they are encouraged and supported to be proactive with ours and other services, thus feeling more engaged and empowered to make sustainable changes.
As part of this service, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities:
1. Carry out housing needs assessments for the Devon Home Choice social housing register.
2. Act as the first point of contact for the wider Community Connections Service.
3. Signpost and solve non-complex concerns.
