Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone and email communications.
* Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
* Greet visitors and provide them with the necessary information.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care and attention.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and email.
* Strong clerical and organisational skills.
* Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with computerised systems and office equipment.
* Previous administrative or office experience
